This is another dress I stalked as it was out of my price range and when it finally went into the sale there was only a size 20 left. Lucky for me it fit since the fabric has a lot of stretch. I cut off the elastic belt as I would wear it with a belt of my choosing. It has a full circle skirt and goes well with a petticoat for added ooomph! I do not have enough words for how much I love this dress. It is perfection and such a statement dress without being too over the top since it is monochrome. I have added Primark accessories and my Domino Dollhouse petticoat and feel fabulous!

I have been stalking that dress as well!!! I love the petticoat underneath I wouldn't have thought to add that but it makes it even more swishy! x
ReplyDeleteI almost got a similar one from yours for my plus north evening dress. I would never have thought to put a petticoat with it (I don't own such fab items) but it looks amazing and matches your hat, which I love!!!

ReplyDeleteI love everything about this post! I love Metropolis, and I have also been wanting this dress since it was first put up (just a little too pricey for me). Have you ever been to the film museum in Berlin? They have a really great Metropolis section!
