I have followed Pearls & Swine for many years on social media and have always dreamed of having a special event to purchase one of her incredible head pieces. Binky the beautiful lady that makes all the amazing pieces is a huge sunglasses lover and we often send each other links to new finds.

She let me know that she was expanding into creating her own sunglasses designs and as you can probably imagine I was super excited to see what she would make!

I was blown away with her glitter covered bold fun and funky designs and pre ordered a couple straight away. I was also sent another pair as a lovely gift. Anyway enough of the words on on to the photos!!!!

I ordered the large ones to really go on the wall as art and WOW the are amazing! The are a heavy item due to the size. The Bat pair are still are large statement piece but defo wearable and I will be wearing these a lot this summer!

As you can see my nose is a little squashed but I was boiling hot and my nose was quite slick. I would love to do a proper photoshoot with these sunglasses as they are made for making art in my opinion.

The Bat glasses below are much more comfortable to wear and look just as amazing! These are made to order pieces and you can request custom colours of the glitter to suit any outfit!

Here are some other designs created by Pearls & Swine and available on the website HERE

Any design can be made as it is simply a plastic cutout fixed to and already made frame! This means the possibilities are endless!

This is my 5th dress in this style from Scarlett & Jo and it is safe to say it is my favourite style for Summer! Thanks to the thin and floaty material and loose fit it makes for a sweat free wear even on the hottest of days. The newest versions feature these cute and useful pockets with flap detail. Any dress with pockets gets two thumbs up from me and this is a 100% winner!

This print is also now available in a pink and purple detail which is super lovely and on my wish list of future purchases! The elastic waist is comfortable and gives shape. The length means it is not flashing your lady parts on a breezy day and the v neck back detail is just lovely.

This was the perfect dress for today. If you have not tried this dress I urge you to now as there are so many prints including polka dots and daisies now available.

“I wanted to make pieces to last years. Beyond trends, beyond chain stores. I wanted to create something all its own, something just for us, made with love and consideration. Made ethically in the USA as a small company with no corporate input. Uncompromising, unapologetic, humane, and timeless. Go-to pieces designed to last.”- Beth Ditto

This was the first piece released from the Beth Ditto Collection and what a way to start! This is the iconic Jean Paul Gaultier Corset. It is printed onto an oversized black tshirt which can be dressed up or down. The print is front and back and there is a ribbon laced through eyelets on the back for extra detail. Wearing this outfit makes me look and feel daaamn fiiine! Double chins, vbo, lumpy legs and all!

Bringing high end designer looks to plus size is fantastic and sooo needed. Not everyone can afford it but those that can should have access to it.

I have kept it sexy with the cute Heart Choker from Vixen Curves and Big Tights All Woman Lace Hold Ups which have that jelly stuff which stops them sliding down. These are size 28-32 are fit great!

As the shirt is oversized it is long enough I can wear it as a dress but I am only 5'3'' but I would wear this with leggings or a skirt also.

An old fascinator and my Wedding shoes from Hush Puppies complete this fabulous look!

The Harness Bra trend has been around a while now and I have not indulged but when I saw this dress on the Simply Be website for £15 I thought I would give it a bash.

I am wearing the largest size available a 26 and could have done with sizing up quite a but as the bust was way too small even though the material is so stretchy and comfortable. I really don't care about my vbo (visible belly outline) and if you do then this style dress probably is not for you.

The long lurex glitter cardi was bought a while ago from Simply Be. The silver option is sold out but there other other colours available. I am wearing a size 24. The shoes are a EEE fit and the ankle strap is on the last hole but I do have very large ankles so you should have no problems with fit. This is a complete Simply Be outfit!

You don't have to spend lots of money on something new for that Christmas party. You can buy something new to you! Ebay is my go to for everything really. I picked up this old Anna Scholtz for Simply Be dress that still had the tags on for £15! Total bargain. It has sequin bird detail and is pleated plisse fabric in black which is something I have very little of in my wardrobe.

Plisse is a great fabric and there seems to be quite a bit of it about for Winter. The pleats mean it has good stretch but also hugs areas well and falls nicely.

This is a size 28 and fits well. I need it for the bust. I like how it falls just below my knee but would be shorter on anyone taller. (5'3'') I have adding some gold accessories to create a simple but pretty Party look. Now who wants to PARTY!!!!!

I bought a Green Lurex dress by Scarlett & Jo last year and it is one of my favourites for a sparkletastic outfit. This Lurex is super bling with the glitter thread and super soft and non itchy on the inside with lots of stretch for comfort.

This style is lovely and the almost wings like effect is really awesome. The arm hole hidden underneath are the best fitting arm holes I have found on any plus size dress! so gaping or showing of bra. Such a little detail which makes all the difference and shoes that Scarlett & Jo make the effort to size and fit fat bodies rather than just sizing up straight size patterns like most brands do.

This dress and most of the items on their website now come in sizes 10-32 (but being generously sizes with fit up to a 34/36). They are not just a plus size Brand they are for most bodies including tall/short and maternity. This brand is doing so much for fashion and making new standards in what fashion should be lie for all bodies. Thank you Scarlett & Jo!

I am wearing the size 26 Purple version but it is also available in Gold or Silver. I think I need the 26 for my large bust. The waist is elastic but not too tight. The length is good for me (I am 5'3'').  As with most Scarlett & Jo styles I tend to want all the colour options of things because they are just to great and this is no exception! Perfect Sparkle Party wear.

Party season is upon us and it seamed only right to start it off a bang! This Simply Be Startburst Glitter Velour top from the Partywear Range is perfect for any night on the town or party. I ordered the size 30 for an oversized look but it is smaller than I expected so this size actually fits me well. There are matching leggings available for a bold look.

It is glitter on the fabric so there is a lot of fallout to start. I styled it with some old wet look leggings and love this look. I love velvet/velour and this time of year is perfect for it. This top has a small opening with button at the back of the neck but I was able to just slip it on over my head. I could have added a belt for more detail but liked the loose fit for this look.

The silver glitter on the black is a great contrast and really sparkles! I think if it had been multi coloured glitter it may have been too much but this is a classy look. There are matching Starburst Glitter Velour leggings available HERE for the complete look.
