I recently was out wearing new shoes trying to break them in and ended up walking way more than I had planned. The result being feet so sore I wanted to cut them off so instead I bought more new shoes! I was in the TKMaxx mens department and saw these cute Vans with Burger print and knew it was meant to be! They were only £20 so it worked out a win/win.
My last blog post featured the red biker jacket form New Look Curves and when this silver one went on sale for £20 I snapped it up. It is actually a size 24 but fits like my red size 26. It does not have pockets but it thinner and super soft and the sleeve length is better on me. Let me just say I am in LOVE!
The gingham dress (defo too short for a dress on me at 5'3'') is from Simply Be and I should have got the size 28 as 26 is tight over my bust and rides up. It is a woven material with slight stretch but not super thick so is great for the chilly or windy days. it may be too thick for warm Summer days though. I likes that it was black and white as I usually only see gingham in red or blue and dog tooth print in black and white. The sleeve detail is really cute.
All in all this is a pretty casual outfit for me and I felt very comfortable for a day out with the family.

The Harness Bra trend has been around a while now and I have not indulged but when I saw this dress on the Simply Be website for £15 I thought I would give it a bash.
I am wearing the largest size available a 26 and could have done with sizing up quite a but as the bust was way too small even though the material is so stretchy and comfortable. I really don't care about my vbo (visible belly outline) and if you do then this style dress probably is not for you.
The long lurex glitter cardi was bought a while ago from Simply Be. The silver option is sold out but there other other colours available. I am wearing a size 24. The shoes are a EEE fit and the ankle strap is on the last hole but I do have very large ankles so you should have no problems with fit. This is a complete Simply Be outfit!

Another Scarlett & Jo Lurex top for you all! I told you when I love something I want it in every colour option. I reviewed the Gold version a little while ago and you can see how I styled it HERE.
I wanted to do something different with this one so here is my way of styling it.
A pop of colour can make any outfit something extra special. It can be as cheap or expensive as like too. This sequin bag was under £4 from ebay and the shoes were £10 from Simply Be last Summer!
I love the blue with the Silver but I am sure I will be trying lots of colours in the future. I cans see green, red and purple being very nice with this top. The knot front and v neck is lovely and there is a thin tie at the back. The sleeves are loose and airy. The length is great too. It falls below my bum and belly so if those are areas you prefer not to have on show this is the perfect choice of top.

I remember seeing this dress in Evans years ago before I had the confidence to wear such an in your face item. I admired it but it was never an option to actually purchase. I then saw it on ebay a year ago but did not meet the reserve price so it went unsold. Then last month I saw the seller relist it with starting bid of 99p!!! I watched and bid last minute and won it for the bargain price of £16

Then the wait for it to arrive and my dreams dashed with the size 24 not fitting my body but as you can see it is made for my fat body! it has a little stretch in it which makes it comfortable too. When I saw these glasses on ASOS I almost cried as they are stunning and as you probably know by now I am a complete glasses freak! I ordered the last pair but they have since restocked a small number.
