I recently had the complete pleasure of shooting some looks with the imitable Alex of State Of Love & Trust and where better to share them than here! I actually wanted Alex to shoot my wedding in August but she was already booked on my date so we arranged this shoot instead. So keep an eye out for a few more blog posts soon.

This dress was a gift from Navabi. The print and colours were a must for me. I am wearing a size 28 but could have sized down due to the style and stretch fabric. The dress was light and airy with these amazing sleeves. Sadly I was not able to find the dress on the website to link so may be out of stock now.

I love a good hat and this one was actually given to me by a lovely friend. Thanks Dave! He found it in a charity shop. Belt is from the last Sheffield Plus Size Clothes Swap. The glasses are La Femme en Noir and earrings are from Ebay.

This Winter I have been drawn to animal prints and blue. I bought this Simply Be Zebra tunic/dress in a 26 and it is a little large so wearing it with these neon red aka Snag Shepherds Delight tights. I thought the dress may shrink in the was but it didn't.
Some red accessories and my star boots to finish off this look. Not for the faint of heart but perfect this little punk rocker chick!

If you didn't already know that I love all things Halloween.....you do now! I got this lightweight jumper from Simply Be and it is super oversized. I ended up keeping the size 24/26.


I bought this leopard skirt in the New Look sale and it is a thick knit material so is quite cozy.


I am 5'3 and a size 26 bottom 28 top so on the Snag size Chart the tights I ordered is F and they are a perfect fit for me. Check the chart before you order and no need to size up as they are super stretchy. Seriously the best tights EVER. I prefer the thicker ones that are 80 D

I am Scottish and love tartan. I have been wanting a tartan coat for years and never found one that fit my bust until now. I found this beaut in Asda of all place. They only had a size 20 but I tried it on and was surprised how roomy it was. I of course went home and checked their website for my size. It only went up to a size 24 but I figured the 20 was big so would probably be safe with the 24. It is tight over my belly but I can live with it!

I have not shopped with Evans in quite some time but I bought some leggings and a dress recently and was very impressed with the shape and cut of the dress. They actually use fat models to fit the clothes they make not just size up from a smaller size like some brands!


This Winter has been all about the leopard print again and I am a happy lady. I saw this dress on the website and fell in love. I ordered the size 28 and it fits my bust great. The neck could do with being a little smaller but the sleeves are great.


I wore grey Snag tights with it and used the fabric belt from the dress as a tie with pin to look smart. The glasses are Red Or Dead and were available from Specsavers years ago and I missed out. I have been on the hunt for a pair ever since and found these at Retro Spectacle.

Recently I ordered a load of tights from Snag and honestly I love them! They fit my short and fat body perfectly. This mustard colour inspired me to hunt this very old Modcloth dress out of my wardrobe.
