Beautiful Bouquet

Saturday, August 20, 2016

I am excited to share with you this beauty of a dress from the Scarlett & Jo Floral Collection that went live yesterday! This is my fifth exclusive review of this beautiful collection and I honestly find it hard to pick a favourite because they are all so damn good!

This 40s style dress has a mesh sweetheart neckline which is my favourite S&J style. the angel sleeves are lovely and loose and the dress is a thinner jersey material from previous Collections. I am wearing a size 24 and would usually go with a 26 and this fits perfectly. I love this length on my 5'3'' frame and there is a tie at the back.

The print looks like Carnation flowers and the orange and green are colour I love together. You can see this dress is perfect for dressing up but I could also see myself throwing it on to just go to asda for the weekly shopping. I love the entire Collection and hope you all have found one or more you can see yourself rocking!

Big thanks to Scarlett & Jo for sending me the Collection to review and knowing they were all totally my style!

Daisy, Daisy

Tuesday, August 16, 2016

Another Scarlett & Jo Floral Exclusive for you all! This Daisy print is just so bloomin cute! I felt cute as a daisy wearing it and got a few compliments on it too. You can.t help but smile looking at the colourful daisy design and it brings back memories of being a small child making daisy chains in the garden on a warm Summer evening. This really is a a print that gives me the feels!

They style is a sweetheart neckline which is a favourite of mine. I am wearing a sample in size 24 and it fits really well like all the samples from this Collection I have tried due to the thinner stretchy fabric. Lovely for Summer and has loose short sleeves which are lovely. There is a tie to the back and it is a lovely longer length with lots of swishhhh!

I picked the green from the flowers to accessorise but any of the colours would look great. This Collection should be available this week on the Scarlett & Jo website. I have one more to share with you from this Collection which is a little stunner!

Dainty Flowers

Saturday, August 13, 2016

Another Exclusive Scarlett & Jo review for you all with this Flower Print and Collar beauty! This is another sample size 24 and fits my 26 body fine and more importantly it fits my bust! This dress has a crossover bust that is stitched in place so NO gaping! NO pinning needed! Such a simple detail but makes all the difference.

The collar detail at the neck and cuffs make this dress stand out as something a little bit special and the vintage print is very pretty with red, blue and green flower details. It has a true vintage look but made in a comfortable light jersey fabric with a mini tie at the back in black to match the collar and cuffs.

I love all things retro and this dress really ticks all the boxes for me. I have styled it quite glam with sequin fascinator and glitter pumps but I can also see me wearing this as an everyday dress. I like to get the most wear out of my clothes and try not to keep things for only special occasions. I put on a Scarlett & Jo dress and can take on the world with a smile knowing I look great in everything I have from them!

Stay tuned for another 2 Exclusives from the Flower Print Collection and a few more S&J pieces I bought recently!
