This is another of the fab dresses I got from Rachel (Linked pic on right). When she told me it was a size 18 I was sad since I am a size 24/26 in New Look clothes but then she told me it was VERY stretchy so I gave it a go. Look it fits!!! I was in shock and happy because it is so cute. I love polka dots and this is New Look Vest Dress is just lovely. I went with my poppy red leggings again and an old Evans sequin edge cardi. Since I was sparkly with the cardi I thought what the hell and put my Bling Glasses Domino Dollhouse belt. BOOM! There you have it. It pays off to try on stretchy items even if its not your size.

PRIMARK!!! It is cheap and sale items are even cheaper! Out on another double date with gorgeous Rachel and her Man our first stop in Meadowhall had to be Primark.

Looking a little like Wednesday Addams and feeling fab in this lovely dress I got from Rachel at A Dress Is For Life. Its New Look Inspire size 18!!! I would never even think of trying anything on in an 18 given I am a size 24/26 in New Look but this is an old dress and very stretchy/comfy! I love the collar and the longer sleeve length.

I went with the goth look today and wore black leggings and my leopard creeper shoes to add some more leopard because you can't have enough leopard in your life. I also added my watch necklace from ebay. There are so many different style of pocket watch necklaces on ebay starting from a few pounds.

It is so nice to have a friend who has great style and is plus size! I have never been able to share clothes with girlfriends before. Plus we love a lot of the same things as I saw when I looked through her wardrobe.

I had just ordered these leggings from My Pretty Plus on ebay and knew they would go perfectly. It is such a lovely print and so light and airy. I cant wait to get some nice sunny weather to show it off. The shoes are old Clarks and probably a bit too red for this outfit now looking at the photos but I have some green flats that will look good. More items from Rachel to be seen here in the weeks to come and also check out her sale blog for all the items that sadly were too small for me. She has good taste!

Thanks to apps like Instagram, BeFunkyFx & CameraTimer for Iphone I am able to take morning nude photos with messy hair and no make up and look half decent while also being artsy! Ahhh the wonders of technology!

Rachel from A Dress Is For Life and I decided to do a double blog with us both wearing the same dress but with our twists. Since we both buy a lot of the same clothes you may see this again in the future!

The dress is from George at Asda and was only £14!!! Its a great cut and light for summer with lovely neckline which shows off the boobs nicely. I got to try out my Domino Dollhouse Petticoat for the first time and have to say I am in love. It is sooooo soft and floaty it makes me want to dance around. I will defo be investing in more colours for $49.99 plus postage to the UK. I waited for a discount code to be tweeted on twitter and you can also club together with a friend and split the postage costs.

The cardi is from Asda also and was £9. I don't usually go for white but couldn't find a red one anywhere and felt I needed something to cover up a little as my bra straps show.

You can never have too many Polka Dots! Well thats the advice I give myself and I stand by it! I would love to open a little Plus sized shop and call it Dots & Stripes! It would be chock full of polka dots and stripe covered clothes. A girl can dream. I got this dress a while ago from New Look Inpsire and it cost £24. I have worn it so many times I have lost count so I guess it was money well spent. Its a stretchy thick tshirt fabric which makes it uber comfy. I did size up with it to a 26 to fit my boobs and get some length to it. I bought the same dress in a red-ish colour in a size 24 as it was all they had even though my boobs take up too much space making it too short to wear as a dress.
I think this makes a lovely date/dinner outfit or interview which hopefully I will be getting some soon! Wish me luck with job hunting!

This is what I wore to my double date with Rachel at A Dress Is For Life. We went for food which included an amazing chocolate fudge cake then I got to try on two bags of clothes she no longer wants. Sadly a lot of it was too small for my boobs but I did come away with a bag of new items I will ootd soon! I told Rachel to do a blog sale because she has fab taste and the clothes deserve a good home!

I am loving the range of dresses George at Asda has been getting in for summer! This one is a lovely shape and has a nice neck which shows off the boobs very well! I love polka dots, red and blue so this dress was a winner for me. At only £14 it is a bargain and I also got the same dress in 2 other prints size 24. One of which is little hearts that Rachel from Old Lady At Heart and I will be doing a joint blog about. The cardi is also Asda and was £9. Shoes are from New Look a few years ago. I also have them in black with white. Check out this BLING Glasses Belt from Domino Dollhouse! So me! The white belt allows use with other buckles as it has poppers. Wishing I had brought my Ray Gun, Wonder Woman and Skull Cupcake Buckles back with me from Edinburgh!!! I went for the 3xl and have it on the smallest hole. The dress is lightweight and perfect for the heat we have been getting but again LOOK at my boobs! They look fab!

Miss O has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. She is a very smart, generous, beautiful, american, black, female. She has gone through a lot in her life and as a child was subject to abuse. She has struggled with her weight all her life and we have seen her size change dramatically over the years. As a fat kid I always got engrossed in her shows about weight loss and diets. I would usually lose 7lbs then put on 14lbs after a few weeks of trying to be "good". I am sure for some people these diets worked wonders but for me diets have never had a lasting effect.

Now at the age of 32 and finally happy with my size. Whatever size that may be as I go up and down but I am always fat. I look at Oprah and think how lucky I am to have found peace with my body and mind through Fat Acceptance (FA),Health At Every Size (HAES), various blogs, photography and art.

I wish that Oprah had found this and at a young age. She would have been able to change so many lives and show the world that FAT is not a bad word. This is why I am richer than Oprah because no matter how famous, rich, powerful you are it will not help you on your journey of self love and will not help you lose weight and keep it off. Be happy in your own body as it is the only one you have. I love Oprah and wish her nothing but happiness!
