I saw this jacket in a post by The Curve Fashion Festival on Instagram and was shocked and over the moon to discover it was plus size! I had a black New Look Biker a few years ago but I am not into lots of black so have had an eye out for something colourful I could rock.

Of course I headed straight over to the New Look website and found this stunning red version along with a green, yellow, pink and a silver version! It was hard to choose which one to purchase. I ordered the size 26 and also this tshirt and kept my fingers crossed that they would fit.

The jacket is slightly small to zip up but I would probably never wear it closed anyway and I think a bigger size would be too big on the shoulders and long in the sleeves. This is slightly too long in the sleeves but I could easily stitch them up if it bothers me too much. I love the red but still have my eye on the silver version!

This look is inspired by my friend Chattermonkey from instagram. She mentioned she wanted to get the yellow version but had not seen it on anyone fat. She had seen a slim person wearing one with a band tshirt and striped trousers which then gave me the idea for the striped skirt. I had been thinking about what to wear the tshirt with and actually really love this look. I call it Pirate Rock! with added Cowboy boots just to confuse people!

Would you believe that a few years ago I wold never have worn red! I was not confident in my size/body and red was just too bright and "look at me". Since then I have learned to love my body/shape/size/self and no colour is off limits!

Red is actually one of my favourite colours now because of it bold and vibrant look. I bought this Scarlett & Jo dress a while ago and only now getting around to show you all how fabulous it is. I feel like a glam air hostess. Come fly with me!

I love a sweetheart neckline and the folded detail of this is just perfect. Being a very big busted lady I am not someone who can wear strapless bras so I really appreciate having the shoulders covered. The polka dot lace sleeves are a lovely detail and are a comfortable stretchy lace. I am wearing the size 26 and originally bought the larger size bout found the bust too big. The material is a cozy cotton sateen with some stretch. It is from the Petite Collection. There are two spits at the back.

Bodycon style is not something everyone likes and it is down to how comfortable you are with your body and showing it's shape. I hate the word Flattering. Why not call is what it is - Hiding. If you want to hide bits then do it but don't put others down for wanting to show off their bits. Now check out my VBO (visible belly outline) I have a double belly which is not bad, it is just what I have.

When I buy/wear clothes I wear them for me and nobody else. My choices are my own and if you don't like it I don't care. Wear what makes YOU feel good/happy.

I wore this Apples&Pears Clothing top a while ago and did not take outfit pictures so have recreated the look for this post. I got this top when I went to StyleXL and my friend Katie bought it too. I don't own white or cream things because I tend to spill down my front or get dirty from baby hands but this top was so lovely with the mint green part that I thought I would give it try.

It is a stretchy comfortable material with a nice feel to it. It has a longer back and to be honest I am not a fan of the hi-low style. Being a big boobed lady I find tops are shorter at the front on me anyway and would prefer a bit more length in tops.

The glasses are vintage from @VintageToATea on instagram. I bought them ages ago as sunglasses and recently had them reglazed so I can actually wear them. The gold corners were faded so I used some gold glitter nail varnish on them to bling them up a little.

My super cute Donut Worry brooch is by Jesiiii. Her instagram is full of cute things she has made and you can buy them from her etsy store. Everything is made to order so can take a few weeks to be made and sent but they are worth the wait.

This skirt is another by InterrobangArt! It is a fabric I found via google and asked Christina to make me a midi skirt. I love glasses as you all must know by now so this is just perfection!

As you all should know by now I have a major passion for glasses or #glassesporn being all things glasses related. I wore this outfit to one of my favourite human beings Birthday lunch in Leeds on Sunday. This outfit was put together starting with the brooch. It is hand painted by Jesiiii and my second brooch from her etsy store. What could be cuter than polka dot cateye glasses?! Not much!

This skirt is another #glasseporn favourite of mine. I found this fabric online and asked IneterrobangArt to custom make me a midi skirt out of it. I love that she makes straight and plus items and even designs her own fabrics! Check out her store HERE

My bag is the infamous Skinny Dip and Felicity Hayward collaboration for Asos.

I am unhappy with the quality of photos due to lack of light and was not going to post this but I have ordered some lights and will do a comparison photo of this outfit when they arrive!
